Most of You Again is free, so there is usually nothing to refund. If you did pay us, you can have your money back within 30 days — no reason needed.
You can request a full refund of any payment within 30 days of the date you were charged, for any reason at all. You do not have to explain why, and it makes no difference how much of the paid features you used. This applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, our payment processor. Once approved, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Write to us anyway. We would far rather sort something out than leave you paying for what you are not using, and we will consider any request on its merits. Your legal rights are unaffected either way — see below.
To cancel, open the You Again+ page in the app and choose Manage billing — it takes you to a secure billing portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Or email hello@youagain.io and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method and converts into a paid subscription automatically when the 7 days are up. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
You do not pay to check in, take the quiz, see your read, look at your trends, set a direction and a daily step, or use your journal. There is nothing to refund on the free tier, and the free tier is not going away.
Diverse Innovations Inc. is the seller of your subscription. Where consumer protection law gives you a right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund that goes further than this policy — including statutory rights in Ontario, elsewhere in Canada, the EU or the UK — those rights apply in full and are honoured regardless of anything written here.
