You Again is made by a small Canadian company. If something is broken, if you want a refund, or if you want your data deleted, one email reaches a person who can do it.

We are a small company without a public office, so we handle everything by email rather than post.
PAYMENTS
Paid plans are sold by Diverse Innovations Inc. and processed by Stripe. Receipts come from Stripe; refunds and cancellations are handled by us — see the Refund Policy, or use Manage billing in the app.
There is also a Help button on every page of the app. It sends a note straight to us, and you do not need an account to use it.
